Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for paid services.

If you proceed with a consultation and then believe the service was not delivered as described, you may request a refund within two (2) days from the date of the appointment. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed after verification.

Please include your name, booking reference, date of appointment and reason for refund request. We will acknowledge receipt and aim to resolve requests quickly. Refunds (if approved) will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

4. Exceptions

Refunds do not generally apply to digital goods or plans that have been fully delivered (for example, a completed meal plan emailed to the client), unless there is a clear failure to provide the agreed service.

Shipping & Delivery

We are a service provider and do not ship physical products. For services that produce digital deliverables (for example, customised meal plans), we deliver to the email address you provide.
